This is how it works
Bookkeeping – Just send us your sales and purchase invoices and we will post them all to the system. We post and reconcile your bank transactions daily.
Management Accounting – We post all your journals and reconcile every balance sheet account, Incl: Fixed Assets, Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Prepayments, Accruals, Loans & so on.
Payroll – We run your monthly payroll for you and your team. Payslips are sent directly to staff. All monthly and yearly returns are submitted by us. We manage all your auto-enrolment obligations.
Company Secretarial – We deal with your Annual Confirmation Statement and any other changes your company needs to report to Companies House.
VAT – We review, calculate and submit your quarterly or monthly return. We are fully compliant with HMRC’s Making Tax Digital Scheme.
Statutory Financial Statements & Corporation Tax Return – We complete these quickly and accurately. Due to us working closely all year, we both will already know the result.
Self Assessment Tax Return – We also prepare and submit this for you as we know what income you have; we can optimise your tax position.

Services & Fees
- We work on a fixed monthly fee over a twelve-month period, there are no extra year-end fees and no surprise bills.
- Included in the monthly fee is a subscription to your preferred cloud-based accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks), this provides you with several extra benefits and opportunities. (See Digital Office for more details)
- This package is a tailor-made solution to fit your business requirements, you can choose from a range of different areas like the ones listed below and then each area has the flexibility to only include the number of specific services you need.
- Most clients choose our Gold option as all they have to do is forward us their Invoices and we do everything else.
